Payment for goods

You can pay for goods in the online store:

  • at the time of purchase of goods;

When ordering goods by e-mail in the store to pay by bank transfer or bank card via paysera.lt system. 

When purchasing the goods, the buyer must indicate his name, surname, exact address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone and additional information that may be important when delivering the ordered goods or issuing an invoice.

The data provided by the Buyer shall be used only for the purposes of sale, delivery and invoicing of goods, without prejudice to the requirements for the protection of personal data provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The order submitted by the Buyer is stored in the database in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regarding the term of storage of such data. Buyer data is not disclosed to third parties, except for partners providing delivery services.

Delivery of goods

You can buy the goods on the website at any time of the day, the order is processed on working days from 9.00 to 16.30. When ordering goods, choose the most convenient way of delivery. The delivery fee depends on the amount of the order and the method of delivery.

When buying goods for 50 Eur and more, delivery is free!

Ordered goods are delivered in Lithuania within 2-5 working days after order confirmation. Shipments may be delayed. During quarantine, shipments doubled. We strive to coordinate processes and deliver shipments as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, shipments in Lithuania may be delayed by up to 14 days,

 When receiving goods from a courier, follow the following instructions for receiving goods:

  • check the package label - your address must be provided;
  • inspect the packaging - it must be tidy and undamaged.

If the packaging of the delivered consignments is untidy, you can:

  • to record a note of the violation in the delivery confirmation of the consignment or to draw up a report of the packaging violations together with the courier who delivered the consignment, indicating all external and internal violations;

Returning the goods

If you received a product of poor quality: damaged packaging, poor quality of the product, etc. or if you received a product other than the one you ordered, please contact us. At your request, we will exchange the goods or refund the money paid.

The buyer has no right to return the following goods: quality food
